First Grade
The first session of Music found the first graders singing, dancing and listening. Camille Saint-Seans wrote a large piece of music, Carnival of the Animals, which portrays 15 different animals. They have listened to the Tortoise, Running Mule, and the Swan.
To help connect Carnival of the Animals with the string instruments, first grade watched YoYo - Ma play the Swan on his cello. Click here to see the video.
